Unlike other popular but conventional programs that give participants a temporary jolt of forward motion, Hero Path sets a solid foundation that lasts for years. Rather than just create a Peak Experience that fades when they leave, we lead participants through a focused, refined proprietary process that leads to breakthroughs in clarity and realizations – the kind that launches them into life.
Hero Path’s unique approach creates empowering shifts in the way teens and young adults think. In just 48 hours, our coaches help them get clear about what they really want in their lives and start defining the steps they’ll take to make their dreams a reality.
HeroPath Intensives are held over a weekend, beginning 7pm Friday and ending 5pm Sunday. They are held at conference and retreat centers.
The program is delivered through a combination of large group presentations led by HeroPath Co-Founder and Master Trainer Jeffrey Leiken, small group break-out sessions led by high skilled HeroPath Coaches and one-to-one coaching sessions facilitated by Certified HeroPath Coaches.
There are no silly name-games or ice-breakers. No “team building” exercises. The entire experience is designed with one intention in mind: To help teens and young adults clarify and answer for themselves their essential Life Direction questions, and to prepare them with the mindset and skills they will need to find deeply satisfying success both personally and professionally.
The Hero Path weekend workshop is nothing short of transformational, but we know that true change takes time. Participants define the changes they want to make, set milestone goals for themselves, and leave with a personal road map. Monthly follow-up coaching sessions keep them on track and help them overcome the obstacles they’re sure to face back in “the real world.”
Depending on the HeroPath Coaching package you choose, coaching can last for up to 12 months after the weekend. Coaching can be done via skype, in person or on the phone.
